Eppo graduated from the Nederlandse Filmacademie as a scriptwriter and spent most of his career in online communication, first as a consultant, and later in operational functions. He started specializing in creating healthy, autonomous work cultures and optimizing organizations. His interests lie in the challenge of how people can be their best at work, perform well, and also have fun doing so.
