Owen completeted his bachelor's degree at Breda University of Applied Sciences in June 2021 and is currently working as a junior urban designer at CITYFÖRSTER Rotterdam. During his studies, Owen did the minor Urban Retrofitting in Calgary, Canada, where he worked on topics like, car dependency, urban sprawl, and human scale design.
For his graduation project, he designed a large-scale masterplan in the Netherlands that is integrated within the existing structures of a Dutch polder landscape. The masterplan focuses on a variety of housing densities, mobility concept and the improvement of the surrounding rural landscape.
At CITYFÖRSTER, Owen wants to learn more about the interaction between architecture and urban design.
