Architect (m/f/d) for project management (from LP3) at the Hanover location.
We are looking for experienced architects as project managers for design and implementation planning, predominantly in residential and office construction or in mixed forms.
Your profile and scope of work
We are looking for a committed and open-minded personality with an eye for the big picture and for quality in detail, who is responsible and confident in negotiations and whose working methods are characterised by diligence, vision, structure and team spirit. You should be motivated to realise innovative concepts and enjoy coordinating complex tasks. We expect you to have at least 3-5 years of planning experience in Germany, at least one year of which in a project management position. Knowledge of planning with BIM is an advantage, as is experience in building with wood and recycling-friendly construction.
We expect a sound knowledge of planning and construction processes, standards, guidelines and regulations, confident handling of common software (ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite), very good German and good English skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
Your work will focus on service phases 3-5, including occasional participation in tenders and awarding of contracts. Your tasks will include ensuring the conceptual, design and creative quality throughout the above-mentioned work phases, internal coordination of the team and monitoring of project processes, control of planning processes with regard to costs and deadlines and coordination with clients, specialist planners and other project participants.
