Through land recycling, we revitalise unused inner-city areas such as former industrial and military sites in order to strengthen city centres and create sustainable and mixed neighbourhoods.

We develop guidelines for transregional spaces, integrating economic, social, and environmental interests to initiate sustainable developments—enhancing quality of life and resilience.
