Xinni is completing her master's degree in landscape architecture at the Politecnico di Milano. The studies have helped her to gain a deeper understanding of development in mountain and rural areas. Regional research and data visualization were the first steps she took to start designing, while trends in spatial, ecological, and social change help her to clarify objectives. Her designs centralise lightness and sustainability to avoid or minimise the negative impacts of human construction. She believes that urban design and landscape architecture are inextricably linked and that multidisciplinary integration is one of the prerequisites for sustainable development.
She will gain her first professional experience at Cityförster. She is excited to explore urban planning at different scales and apply her research knowledge to real-world projects.
